The Ministry of Health reported 10 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore as of 12 pm on October 23. This takes the national tally of confirmed infections to 57, 951.
There are no new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection, among the new cases.
All 10 new infections are imported cases, who had all been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore, the MOH said in its preliminary release of figures.
"We are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight," the ministry added.
