As of August 11, 12pm, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed an additional 61 cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore. This takes the national tally to 55,353.
The vast majority of them are Work Permit holders currently under quarantine.
There are two community cases, both of which are linked to previous cases.
In addition, there are 3 imported cases, two of which are Long-Term Visit Pass holders who arrived from India on July 28 and 29. The remaining case is a Dependant’s Pass holder who arrived from India on July 30.
All of them had been placed on 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN) upon arrival in Singapore, and were serving their SHN at dedicated facilities. They had been tested while serving their SHN.
