It's the most anticipated time of the year again, when bustling streets light up with festive cheer.
Christmas Wonderland has returned to Gardens by the Bay for its sixth edition, featuring exciting new highlights with plenty to amaze visitors of all ages.
The popular Christmas fair will run from November 29 to December 26.
In addition to traditional games, rides as well as shopping and dining spaces, this year's Christmas Wonderland also marks the debut of a lively Christmas Parade. Visitors can look forward to seeing their favourite festive character floats as they spread festive cheer throughout the fairground on weekends, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
On weekdays, Santa will be making his rounds on his reindeer sleigh float looking for those who have been naughty or nice.
At the new Santa's Workshop, a magical journey to the North Pole awaits. Visitors can walk through the forest and ‘snow’-filled giant snow globe before witnessing animatronic elves hard at work wrapping presents and fulfilling wishes on their list. Look out for Father Christmas himself as he supervises his elves and grab the chance to take the perfect family picture!
Over 360,000 bulbs are set to illuminate the fairground in a dazzling display of over 40 majestic light sculptures – with Asia’s tallest luminarie Christmas tree, as well as a stunning 21-metre tall Spalliera being the main features.
Of course, a Christmas celebration is not complete without exciting performances for the whole family to enjoy. The new, larger Meadow Theatre presents four theatrical productions to appeal to visitors of all ages – with show tickets starting from only SGD 6.
The repertoire includes critically acclaimed circus performers from Australia Trash Test Dummies; smash-hit London production Snow Play; a charming adaptation of The Old Shoemaker by local collective Five Stones Theatre; and direct from New York, acclaimed illusionist Vitaly Beckman with Pure Wonder.

Throughout the fairground, 18 traditional carnival games and rides await – including the Mini Viking, Bumper Cars, Christmas Train and the all-new Swing Chair Carousel. Visitors can also feast on festive delights and shop for gifts at the Christmas Village featuring 24 charming European-style wooden huts. This year’s Christmas Village will feature a host of new craft vendors and limited edition food and drink launches by Brewerkz and Häagen-Dazs.
