Indie pop-folk band When Chai Met Toast brought their energetic live show to Kalaa Utsavam 2019 – and in an incredible feat, got the usually-shy Singapore crowd dancing!
Considered one of the most refreshing sounds to have originated from the country in the recent few years, the four-piece band from Kerala has a genre of their own.
Their repertoire comprises a unique mix of English-folk-influenced instrumentals and multilingual lyrics to anthemic tunes.
