Singapore HeritageFest 2022 is kicking off with a bang

The 19th edition of the Singapore HeritageFest (SHF) returns over four weekends from May 2-29, 2022.

Presented by the National Heritage Board (NHB), SHF 2022 will offer more than 120 on-site and online heritage experiences that beckon Singaporeans from all walks of life to explore the lesser-known stories of our local heritage and culture.

Singapore's Natural History in 3 plants

Explore the local history of three crash crops (coffee, pineapple and coconut) through a garden tour at Fort Canning and workshop at the National Museum of Singapore.

MasterCraft: Conversations and Woodworking workshops with Roger & Sons

Partake in conversation about the Local Tree project and woodworking workshops, creating your own pair of wooden chopsticks and pencils.

Morning with a Veteran Frame Maker

Uncover how a photo frame is built through a live demonstration with an expert frame maker – come, try your hand at it.

A ride through our culture precincts

Have a taste of transport in the past by hopping on a trishaw ride through Chinatown, Kampong Gelam and Little India.
