Makers of The Signature, a Hindi film directed by Gajendra Ahire, have released its trailer. The movie boasts of an ensamble cast comprising Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhry, Neena Kulkarni, Annu Kapoor, and Ranvir Shorey.
The Signature shows the emotional journey of a devoted husband who fights all odds to save his wife following a sudden health crisis, only to encounter a heart-breaking twist that challenges the very essence of his sacrifice.
Produced by K.C. Bokadia and Anupam Kher Studio, this film explores the themes of love, sacrifice, hope, struggle and the enduring strength of the human spirit. Audiences can stream The Signature on ZEE5 Global starting October 4th.
As seen in the trailer, Arvind’s (Anupam Kher) wife collapses at the airport just before their long-awaited international trip, forcing him, despite his modest means, to spend all his savings in a desperate bid to save her. As his children remain distant, refusing financial help and unwilling to sell their co-owned house, Arvind turns to his close friends and old acquaintances who step in to help him in these trying times. To add to his emotional turmoil, he is confronted with a devastating moral dilemma of signing the DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) form. Will he let go, or hold on to the hope that his love can defy death? What will he choose, and at what cost?

That is what truly sets this character apart. I believe (my character) will resonate with everyone, as it mirrors the real-life experiences of countless individuals.
