Singapore is set to go gaga for the popstar lady whose music videos and stage appearances have consistently pushed the envelope of creativity — often with a dash of the extreme.
With her new album Mayhem released on March 7, Lady Gaga has announced the dates of her Singapore tour (May 18, 19, 21 and 24) this summer.
Ticket presales are to begin on March 18 (on ticketmaster.sg) for the concerts at the Singapore National Stadium. General ticket sales will take place at 2pm local time on March 21.
A CNA report said that Singapore would be the only stop in Asia for Lady Gaga. Ahead of the debut of Mayhem, Lady Gaga shared three singles — “Disease,” “Abracadabra,” and “Die With a Smile”.

Lady Gaga returns to Singapore after almost 13 years, having performed in the island nation in 2012 for her Born This Way Ball Tour. Then, she had performed at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

In recent years, Lady Gaga has been focusing on her acting career — with leading roles in A-list Hollywood films such as Joker: Folie à Deux (2024), House of Gucci (2021) and A Star is Born (2018). She took home an Oscar for Best Original Song for A Star is Born, the story of a musician’s journey.
In an Instagram video post, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Edwin Tong wrote: “Little Monsters, are you ready for some MAYHEM at the Singapore Sports Hub this May?”
In the post accompanying the video, Tong wrote: “The KASM team has been working closely and directly with Live Nation to bring @ladygaga to Singapore, and the Mother Monster has confirmed her show for multiple nights at the National Stadium — her only stop in Asia!”
“KASM” is short for Kallang Alive Sport Management Co Pte Ltd, the corporate entity established by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), and Sport Singapore to manage the Singapore Sports Hub from 9 December 2022.
Tong posted: “Since the Government took back control of the Sports Hub, the team has been forward-looking, proactive and hustling hard to bring some of the world’s best lifestyle and sporting events to Singapore. This is what we had envisioned for the Kallang Alive Masterplan — to develop a top tier sports, entertainment and lifestyle hub.”
The series of Taylor Swift concerts in Singapore in March 2024 was also the result of MCCY and KASM actively wooing the performer, whose Eras Tour has made her the globally reigning No. 1 popstar.

A joint team from Singapore had undertaken a trip to Los Angeles, United States, in early 2023, and set up meetings with promoters and agents of music concerts and sports events. One such meeting was with the team representing Taylor Swift and the rest is history.
