Deepavali eve street festival
There is a special ‘Let’s Light-Up Little India’ programme on the eve of Deepavali on October 17 at Little India where people are being invited to light an oil lamp and share good wishes with one another. The event will be organised at the POLI site on Clive Street.
During the afternoon, there will be fun activities and cultural performances by local and international artistes.

Singapore Philatelic Museum
For Deepavali, Singapore Philatelic Museum is organising a special event where you can learn about Indian history, heritage, traditional games, art and even cuisine via beautiful Deepavali-themed stamps.
The participant can also design and colour their very own stamp with festival-inspired motifs and create rangoli sand art to take home. While exploring various exhibits around the museum, look for clues and take part in a fun culture quiz to win museum tokens.
