As of Wednesday, January 29, there were ten imported cases of Wuhan coronavirus infection in Singapore, according to the Ministry of Health (MOH).
The ministry has identified 144 close contacts of the infected cases as of 12.00 pm, January 29. Of the 115 who are still in Singapore, 111 have been contacted and are being quarantined or isolated. Efforts are ongoing to contact the remaining four close contacts.
124 of the suspect cases have tested negative for the Wuhan coronavirus, and test results for the remaining 70 are pending.

Case 1: 66 year-old male, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore on January 20 with his family
- Had developed a sore throat but did not have fever during the flight to Singapore
- Subsequently developed fever and cough on January 21
- Stayed at Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa in Sentosa
Case 2: 53 year-old female, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore on January 21 with her family
- Was asymptomatic during the flight to Singapore, but developed fever and cough later that day
- Sought medical treatment at Raffles Hospital on January 22
- Stayed at J8 Hotel at 8 Townshend Road
- Had visited Orchard Road, Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay
- Travelled on public transport, including MRT and taxi
Case 3: 37 year-old male, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Son of first confirmed case
- Was isolated as a suspect case on January 23 as he was symptomatic
- Tested positive the next day
Case 4: 36 year-old male, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore on January 22 with his family
- Was asymptomatic during the flight to Singapore
- Developed symptoms on January 23, and went to Sengkang General Hospital on January 24
- Stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa prior to hospital admission
Case 5: 56 year-old female, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore on January 18 with her family
- Was asymptomatic during the flight to Singapore
- Developed symptoms on January 24, and was conveyed by ambulance to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on January 26
- Stayed with her family at their home at Ceylon Road prior to hospital admission
Case 6: 56 year-old male, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore on January 19 with his family
- Was asymptomatic during the flight to Singapore
- Developed symptoms on January 25, and went to Changi General Hospital in a private car the next day
- Stayed with his family at their home at Pasir Ris Grove prior to hospital admission
Case 7: 35 year-old male, Chinese national from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore on January 23 with family and friends
- Was asymptomatic during the flight to Singapore
- Developed symptoms on January 24, and went to Raffles Hospital via public transport on the same day
- Stayed at Marina Bay Sands Singapore prior to hospital admission
Cases 8 and 9: 56 year-old male and female married couple, Chinese nationals from Wuhan
- Arrived together in Singapore on January 19
- Were asymptomatic during the flight to Singapore
- Developed symptoms on January 24 and took a taxi to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on January 27
- Stayed with their family at their home at Lorong Lew Lian prior to hospital admission
Case 10: 56 year-old male, Chinese nationals from Wuhan
- Arrived in Singapore from Wuhan on January 20
- Asymptomatic during his flight to Singapore
- Developed symptoms on January 21 and was admitted to NCID on January 28 after being identified as a suspect case at a health screening station at Marina South Pier
- He worked and lived on board a cargo vessel prior to hospital admission
