Trump admin plans new screening rules for visa waiver travellers, includes social media checks

The notice published on Wednesday in the Federal Register said Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is proposing collecting five years’ worth of social media information from travellers from select countries who do not have to get visas to come to the US.
