The makers of Jab Harry Met Sejal continue to surprise with their innovation and drive in the promotion process. After introducing the lead characters of the film using snippets from the movie, and launching the soundtracks in new locations while Sejal-hunting and club-hopping, the marketers have introduced an interactive chatbot on Facebook for fans to engage with the lead character Harry and gain insight into Shah Rukh Khan’s character in the film.
Fans can interact with this chat bot on the Red Chillies Entertainment's Facebook page. This activity makes them the first Indian film to have a chat bot with an immersive experience using multiple conversation pieces. Apart from generic conversations, the chat bot will also give users an opportunity to create their custom posters, participate in a travel based personality quiz, get access to videos and win merchandise.
The tech innovation of the chatbot has been planned for Shah Rukh Khan’s character, who is a tour guide in the upcoming Jab Harry Met Sejal. The chat bot activity is another step forward for Red Chillies Entertainment in the game of keeping up the interaction with their digital audience on a daily and one-on-one basis.

The makers also released a brief interaction with the lead characters where Harry and Anushka Sharma's Sejal answer personal questions in a game show format.
Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, the film is slated to release on August 4, 2017.
