Kalaa Utsavam 2020’s theme of the Tree of Life invites audiences to find comfort in a series of live carnatic music and classical dance performances by Singapore's Indian arts community.
One such performance, titled Sukha, was presented by the Rhythms Aesthetic Society – a professional performing arts group with more than 15 years of experience in music and theatre productions.
Sukha is an authentic state of happiness, within a life that is lasting. The instrumental pieces composed by Vinod Kongoorpully Mana aspire to evoke joy and bliss in the listener, looking towards a future filled with optimism.
Audiences can enjoy the invigorating and joyful Indian classical music, performed by versatile musicians Vinod Kongoorpully Mana and Anish Vasu Devan, on Facebook as well as Esplanade Offstage till December 20, 2020.
