Indian's full service international airline Jet Airways will be offering a variety of special cuisine on flights from Singapore to India to commemorate Singapore's National Day on August 9, 2017.
Travellers on board First, Premiere and Economy class flights from Singapore to New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai can savour the special menu created by celebrity chef Eric Teo.
On this special day for all Singaporeans, Jet Airways will offer unique and delectable preparations such as Braised 3 Cup Chicken Roulade Chicken Rice with Hong Kong Kai Lan for First and Premiere class passengers. Guests in Economy can savour Stir Fry Tom Yum Chicken with Straw Mushroom, Coconut Rice for Economy passengers.
With over three decades of experience, Chef Teo is highly regarded in the Singapore Food and Beverages (F&B) industry, having held several senior positions. He also consults SATS – the chief ground-handling and in-flight catering service provider at Singapore Changi Airport.
