Butcher’s Block is an avant-garde wood-fire dining experience at Raffles Singapore, a culinary experience featuring a much-anticipated collaboration with Revolver.
Two wood-fired cooking specialists have joined forces to present signature specialities from each establishment, along with a medley of new epicurean creations by Chef Jordan Keao of Butcher’s Block and Chef Saurabh Udinia of Revolver.
Butcher's Block is available from the evening of June 28; guests can look forward to a specially curated menu with dishes such as Wagyu tartare paired with bafun uni plus baby corn, and Smoked sashimi topped off with N25 caviar and hints of tamarind, before devouring into mouth-watering creations like Courgette flower, Fresh Paneer and Sea bream with refreshing notes of lemon and coriander. The special evening continues on with decadent mains being served including Australian lobster with fiery chilli peppers and Western Plains pork carnitas, as well as dry-aged specialities including Duck with Plum korma and John Stone striploin. Complete the gastronomic journey with a gorgeous Pistachio mille feuille that is perfectly complemented with kulfi gelato.
