Authentic North Indian delicacies will be presented through a multi-course lunch and dinner menu, with main courses presented in the classic Tiffin Box. The festive feast begins with spicy tandoori-grilled chicken, Tangdi Kebab, and crispy prawn fritters, Jhinga Till Pakora.

For the main course, guests can savour Tawa Fish, a flavourful panseared barramundi served alongside mint and coriander paste; Darbari Gosht, a lamb chop in an aromatic cardamom curry; and Murgh Lazzez, tender chicken breast in a rich almond and cashew nut gravy.
