On the Independence Day, the High Commission of India in Singapore was packed to the brim early in the morning for flag hoisting and Independence Day celebrations.
Spirits were high as Indians living in Singapore, as well as friends of India, gathered for the joyous occasion. Cultural performances were put up by students from the Global Indian International School (GIIS), as well as Kindle Kids International School.
