On the morning of Monday, September 9, the India-Singapore: The Next Phase business and innovation summit inaugurated at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
A highlight of the opening event included the dialogue session between the two foreign ministers of India and Singapore: Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and Dr Vivian Balakrishnan. The session was moderated by Singapore's Ambassador-at-Large Professor Tommy Koh.
