The message thread between Hollywood actor John Cena and Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan is slowly getting longer. Now the Peacemaker actor has thanked SRK for spreading happiness.
“You have given so many in the world so much happiness, thank you for all you do,” Cena tweeted, responding to a message from the Dunki actor.
It all started after a video of the 16-time World Champion singing a song from one of Khan’s film went viral. John Cena’s rendition of Bholi Si Surat from the cult movie Dil To Pagal Hai received appreciation from King Khan himself.
“Thank u both…. Love it and love u @JohnCena, I’m gonna send u my latest songs and I want a duet from the two of u again!!! Ha ha,” Shah Rukh Khan commented on the video posted by @Bollywood Boyz.
Fans would now hope that their exchanges will bear something more fruitful and culminate into a collaboration. While Khan is considered as one of the biggest movie stars in the world, Cena has made a name for himself with movies such as Fast X, Bumblebee, and Suicide Squad.
He is currently awaiting the release of Ricky Stanicky.
Khan, after a career-best year in 2023, is basking in the success of his three hits- Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki.
