Raffles Hotel Singapore is running a summer cocktail promotion from now till September 15. In addition, three restaurants in the hotel have a complimentary champagne offer from August 8 to 11 to celebrate the National Day of Singapore.

Raffles Courtyard and the Spanish vermouth brand El Bandarra have come together to create a range of summer special cocktails.

Guests can revel in a series of tantalising cocktails, imbued with El Bandarra’s spirited and lively expressions.

The landscaped alfresco ambience of Raffles Courtyard is the perfect setting for the seven cocktails that capture the essence of Barcelona’s summer.

The collaborative menu spotlights four El Bandarra expressions:

El Bandarra Blanco, the original and honeyed sip of vermouth is reminiscent of citrus, mint and a distinctive touch of vanilla. Crafted from white Grenache and Xarel-lo grapes, it is then infused with over 40 herbal and botanical extracts before being sweetened with must nectar and aged over a period of two months to achieve its uniquely flavourful profile.

El Bandarra Rojo presents a beautiful balance between sweetness and bitterness, showcasing a stunning fusion of cloves, cinnamon and bitter orange.

El Bandarra Rosé encapsulates vermouth in its lightest essence, featuring a lovely salmon pink hue with 35 per cent less sugar and boasting fruity aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries.

El Bandarra Al Fresco is beautifully steeped with Mediterranean botanicals and citrus, enhancing its fresh character and vibrant notes of zesty grapefruit.

Elevate the cocktail experience with delectable food bundles, exclusively created for this collaboration.
