Famous rock group Foo Fighters will give a scintillating performance in Singapore in August. The rock band is coming to the city-state after a gap of more than 20 years.
Foo Fighters are scheduled to perform in Singapore as part of their Asian tour. The first performance is scheduled in Seoul on August 22 followed by a concert in Bangkok on August 24. The Singapore concert will take place on August 26 at the National Stadium. The rock band made this announcement through a Facebook post.
Fans of the rock band can purchase the tickets ranging from SGD128 to SGD238 from May 23 at 10am via Sports Hub Tix.
Foo Fighters is an American rock band which was formed in Seattle,Washington in 1994. It was founded by Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl. The group got its name from Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and various aerial phenomena that were reported by Allied Aircraft pilots in the Second World War, which were known collectively as ‘foo fighters’.
Foo Fighters was last set to perform in Singapore in 2012, but the show was cancelled.
