The time has come to roll in luxury as a new executive condo is coming up in Singapore which boasts of enriched facilities replete with smart functions to control washing machine, lights and air-conditioning from an all-in-one control panel. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi in common areas and energy efficiency trackers like smart energy meter to monitor consumption usage and smart leak sensor to monitor water leakages.
The new executive condo iNz Residence is coming up at Chua Chu Kang Avenue and has a total of 497 units ranging from two-bedroom units to five-bedroom maisonettes.
The developer Qingjian Realty has signed an agreement with Singtel to provide Wi-Fi services in the building. The residential units will be fitted with 1 Gbps fibre broadband and there will be Wi-Fi facilities at clubhouse, fitness gym and poolside.
The developers are also quite upbeat about the sales prospect. According to data released by Urban Development Authority, developers sold 565 units in January this year compared to 480 sold in the same period in 2016. Private home sales increased to a three-year high in 2016 as sentiment and demand improved on the back of 13 consecutive quarters of price declines.
In addition to this, developers are also offering incentives to attract buyers.
