Chef Sarab Kapoor’s USP is to simplify the complex dishes. In the second episode of ‘Sarab says Make it Snappy’, she prepares Edamame Truffle dumplings.
Edamame beans are the younger form of Soyabeans, which are green in colour and soft. Edamame beans are usually used in the cuisines of China, Japan, Korea and Hawaii.
Sarab is accompanied by Tim Felix Rajadurai who prepares an interesting Grilled Chicken with Citrus and Quinoa Salad. High on nutrition and taste. This salad will surely treat your taste buds well.
