Singapore Citizens may check their particulars in the registers electronically, via

(a) Voter Services (https://www.eld.gov.sg/online.html) at the Elections Department (ELD) website; or

(b) “My Profile” on Singpass App.

Those who are unable to check their particulars in the registers electronically may do so at the Community Centres/Clubs and ServiceSG Centres near their homes or at ELD office by making an e-appointment via ELD website or calling 1800-225-5353. Overseas Singaporeans who cannot do so online may check their particulars at Singapore overseas missions serving as overseas registration centres.

During the inspection period, a person may:

(a) Submit a claim to include his name (if it has been omitted) or update his particulars (i.e., name and NRIC address) in the registers if his particulars in the registers are reflected differently from his NRIC; and

(b) Submit an objection to remove a name from the register for the electoral division that the person is in.

Claims and objections may be submitted online at Voter Services (https://www.eld.gov.sg/online.html) at ELD website, or in person at Community Centres/Clubs/ServiceSG Centres, ELD office and Singapore overseas missions serving as overseas registration centres.

A claimant list containing a list of claims will subsequently be made available for inspection during the period from 13 July 2024 to 20 July 2024 at Community Centres/Clubs/ServiceSG Centres located within the electoral division, ELD office and Singapore overseas missions serving as overseas registration centres.

Persons whose names were removed from the registers for failing to vote at a past election may apply to have their names restored to the registers via Voter Services (https://www.eld.gov.sg/online.html) at ELD website, so that they can vote at future elections. They are encouraged to apply early. Under the law, we will not be able to restore their names during the period from the date the Writ for an election is issued until after Nomination Day if the election is not contested, or until after Polling Day if a poll is to be taken. Consequently, they will not be able to cast their vote if a poll is to be taken for the Electoral Division that they are residing in.
