Sanjiv Khanna to take oath as new Chief Justice of India; CJI-designate was part of landmark verdicts on electoral bonds, Article 370

Justice Khanna, who hails from an illustrious Delhi-based family and is the nephew of late former apex court judge H R Khanna, will take charge from incumbent CJI D Y Chandrachud.
