Passport-less immigration clearance had been fully implemented across all of Changi Airport’s four terminals since September 30, 2024. Within a fortnight, by October 15, around 1.5 million travellers have used this new system, which cuts the average clearance time per traveller by 60 per cent, from 25 seconds to 10 seconds.
