Coming to Singapore for the first time, The Great Circus of Europe will be performing in Singapore from December 20, 2019, to January 1, 2020.
resented by local carnival veteran Uncle Ringo, The Great Circus of Europe will showcase jaw-dropping international circus acts, all packed within a 90-minute spectaculaire.
From dancers trapezing through the air to performers riding a fine line on a motorbike, circus-lovers are in for a treat as the troupe sets up its Big Top at the Bayfront Event Space at Marina Bay with an ensemble cast of circus performers from across Europe.
Visitors can also enjoy Uncle Ringo’s family-friendly carnival games, thrilling rides and delectable delights at the food street – thre is bound to be something fun for the whole family.
In addition, The Great Circus of Europe will also be part of Singapore’s biggest countdown event – Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2020 celebrations.
Audiences can look forward to an exclusive New Year’s Eve performance with specially curated acts, inviting the audience to count down to the new year with marvelous surprises and big laughs!
At the countdown event, besides the riveting circus acts, look forward to an exciting line-up of experiences including spectacular fireworks, dazzling light shows, music performances, and an array of family-friendly outdoor activities!
Presented by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Marina Bay Singapore Countdown 2020 offers revelers a host of experiences for a great night out to welcome the new year.
Star Island Singapore Countdown Edition will also return to The Float @ Marina Bay for its sophomore edition. Whisking visitors off on an intergalactic adventure with a new theme – A Space Odyssey – the show will see Japanese fireworks, pyrotechnics, 3D surround sound and stage performances interfused into a single, seamless immersive experience.
Music lovers can look forward to Mediacorp’s Let’s Celebrate 2020 countdown concert at The Promontory, or enjoy live performances as some of Singapore's favourite artists reunite at Esplanade Presents: Come Together.
