Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has sported many a hairstyle through his career – from the long hair he started off with to the salt and pepper close cropped hairstyle that he currently has.
However, a recent tweet featuring a photo of the Chennai Super Kings skipper by the official broadcaster of the Indian Premier League, Star Sports sent fans into a tizzy.
Ahead of the 14th edition of the IPL, the broadcaster put up a video which featured MS with a shaved head, dressed in blue robes reminiscent of a monk's habit.
Within hours the picture had gone viral with social media flooded with jokes and memes on Dhoni’s unique appearance.
IPL 2021 is scheduled to begin on April 9.
