February is the month of romance, and nothing reinforces couplehood better than a lavish meal with champagne and the works. Valentine’s Day calls for something very special, and here is a whole lot of special, all under one elegant roof.

Raffles Hotel Singapore, one of the most iconic hospitality properties in the world, has created a range of experiences for Valentine’s Day 2025, including the Limited Edition Skin Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne, a special collaboration between Raffles Hotel and Ruinart Champagne. There will only be 600 such bottles crafted with these distinctive skins.

Gastronomic specialities and luxurious spa treatments at Raffles restaurants, the Grand Lobby, and the spa give people an abundance of choices about how to celebrate their Valentine’s Day.

Valentine’s Day menus for a romantic dining escapade

A romantic dining affair awaits guests at Butcher’s Block, amidst the restaurant’s elegant blue hues and copper textures. Chef de Cuisine Jordan Keao has created an exceptional 6-course Valentine’s Day IMUA journey featuring the finest Hawaiian-inspired cuisine crafted by embers of wood-fired cooking.

Delight in an epicurean spread, including Big Eye Ahi Tuna Poké – Chef’s tartlet rendition of the traditional poké topped with N25 caviar; Lomi Lomi – smoked Japanese hamachi with tangy tomato sorbet and aguachile, and crispy Jerusalem artichoke; Huli-Huli Dryaged Duck – a tribute to the art of whole animal butchery featuring 21-day-aged duck breast and succulent marinated duck leg confit seasoned with huli huli sauce, which is a sweet and savoury mixture of shoyu, bonito flake, sugar, ginger, and garlic.

Accompanying the creation is Portuguese duck sausage created from the same duck and smoked for one to two hours. Burnt leek puree and grilled Tatsoi sourced from “farmd by Butcher’s Block”, the restaurant’s very own local vertical farm, round off the plate.

Wrap the meal on a sweet note with two desserts – Rosella Guava Sorbet with vanilla ice cream and burnt honey tuile; and Haupia, a twist on the classic Hawai’ian coconut pudding, served with gula Melaka ice cream topped with fermented Ichigo strawberries, toasted macadamia nut crumble, and a garnish of lemon balm.

The Valentine’s IMUA menu includes a glass of Dom Pérignon Brut 2015. For an added indulgence during this Valentine’s season, guests may opt for a tailored wine pairing at SGD 188++ each or enjoy a bottle of Dom Pérignon 2015 at a special price of SGD 428++.
