The video has gone viral on social media.

There are reports that the incident took place in Gagan area which falls under the jurisdiction of the Majhola Police Station.

The video, which seems to have been recorded by a bike rider, initially showed a white-coloured car moving at a high speed on the highway with the victim holding on to the bonnet.

The car then overtakes a truck with the man still on the bonnet. Needless to say, the victim was terrified as he could have been crushed to death if his hand let go of the car’s bonnet.

The bike rider who followed the car, repeatedly blew the horn to alert the car driver that he is being filmed, and to also stop the car so the victim could get down. The car driver, however, did not stop and instead, he increased the speed as the victim screamed for help.

After the car eventually came to a halt, a confrontation between the driver and the victim followed. Luckily, the victim escaped unhurt.

The reason behind the road rage is still not clear. Meanwhile, local police said an investigation has been initiated.
